My Therapeutic Style for You
As unique as you are, my goal is to help you find your own answers with guidance along the way. I am unique in my craft, as well. I combine theory with intuition, and while my style may feel non-traditional at times, it will be honest and connected.
I use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) as a framework. From that framework, we can work together to understand core issues, what's been contributing to problems, and the behaviors that keep you trapped in patterns you might want to change. My goal is to truly hear you, to see you for who you really are, and to help you connect with your truest (highest) self.
If you have felt disconnected from yourself, from others, from your craft, or from your body, we might incorporate mindfulness skills, visualizations, and breath work. You will eventually learn to listen more deeply to the wisdom your body holds. As a result of this kind of therapy, be prepared to lose things. You may lose protective "walls" in favor of finding true connection with others. You may uncover vulnerabilities or begin to more deeply access your purpose and passion.
I will be committed to your success and to your growth. Your life CAN change.
