EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Part I & II - An alternative approach used to treat the effects of traumatic experiences and emotional wounds. EMDR has been widely used in the treatment of PTSD. It has also shown results in treatment of anxiety and body dysmorphic disorder.
EMDR Recent and Group Traumatic Protocols (R-TEP & G-TEP) - Group therapy to process recent incidents
CBT - Certification in Cognitive Behavior Therapy - a widely-studied cognitive and behavioral approach heavily used for the treatment of anxiety and depression
Mindfulness - A present-oriented practice to strengthen awareness, acceptance and non-judgment. Mindfulness practices have been shown to relieve symptoms associated with anxiety and depression.
